Born and raised in Plymouth, MA, Kevin is the son of two educators, fortunate husband of Leslie (LeClair) and proud father of Nicholas and Grace.

Kevin is an alumnus of Tabor Academy in Marion, MA, and a subsequent Bachelor of Science recipient in both Mathematics and Economics from the University of New Hampshire in Durham, NH.

With strong analytical skills and a passion for marketing, Kevin successfully procured and operated two adjacent small businesses in the entertainment industry in the early to mid-nineties.

Upon entering the commercial real estate market in 1995, Kevin, with a proven track record in hand and a focus on income producing and industrial properties, began a steady course in the successful development and re-allocations of the real estate portfolios of an extensive list of clients.

In 1999 Kevin, along with partners John E. Ciluzzi and Thomas J. Sullivan formed and have begun to develop one of the strongest and successful commercial real estate and business brokerage firms in New England, Commercial Realty Advisors, Inc.
