Greg Donahue, of Sandwich, comes to Commercial Realty Advisors, Inc. from State Street Global Advisors (SSgA) in Boston. At SSgA Mr. Donahue worked in the Consultant Relations group as an Analyst covering real estate investment products. Mr. Donahue is a Suffolk University graduate, has ten years of property management experience and will be specializing in land and financial services firms.

Before coming to Commercial Realty Advisors, Inc. I lived in Boston and worked at State Street Global Advisors in the Consultant Relations group as an Analyst covering real estate investment products. For work while studying finance at Suffolk University I rented apartments in the Allston/Brighton areas.

I've been involved with commercial property most of my life and currently own a mixed-use commercial building with three apartments on the Cape Cod. I have experience in rehabilitating properties and over ten years of property management experience.
