Daniel Button studied at Rochester Institute of Technology and Johnson and Wales University and came to The Advisors Group with a wealth of knowledge of the Hospitality Industry. Daniel joined Commercial Realty Advisors in 1999 as an administrator and became General Manager in 2004 and Executive Vice President in 2006. After taking a 3 year sabbatical in 2008, Daniel rejoined Commercial Realty Advisors as General Manager and Executive Vice President in 2011.

 

Daniel is a member of The Plymouth Area Chamber of Commerce and co-owner of Cape Cod Media Network, Inc., a multimedia company, with his husband Robert. They reside in Dennis, MA.

Jeff Eklund has held a real estate license since 2004 and has been actively leasing and selling commercial real estate on Cape Cod and the South Shore of Massachusetts since 2007. 

Prior to joining Commercial Realty Advisors, Inc., Jeff had a successful career in telecommunication and mobile technology sales.  As an account executive with the largest software reseller in the world, Jeff helped Fortune 500 companies, such as Raytheon, Waters, and EMC overcome challenges with the implementation and deployment of mobile devices for their employees.

Jeff graduated from Elon University in 2002 with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing.

As Director of Business Sales, Doug Gilbert brings over 15 years’ experience in commercial lending, and 5 years’ experience in business sales to Commercial Realty Advisors, Inc..  Prior to founding South Shore Capital Partners, Doug spent 15 years working in business development and SBA loan origination for UPS Capital, Amresco Funding, and United Bank.

Bob Furst is a senior member of the Advisors Group and heads our effort in buying and selling larger businesses. He reports directly to the Principals of the Firm.

Bob's career has been primarily in the investment business having previously worked with major global and national banks in New York.
More recently, he was the owner of a successful Cape Cod business.

He is a graduate of the Washington College of Law of the American University and received his undergraduate degree from Columbia University

Bob had been Mayor of the Township of Berkeley Heights, New Jersey and served on the Board of Trustees of Mt. St. Michael Academy in NYC. He is a member of the Orleans Chapter of the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce.

Brad joined Commercial Realty Advisors in July 2004. He is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a bachelor’s degree in History and Political Science. He is experienced in retail, office, and industrial real estate and has successfully negotiated several sale and lease transactions. He resides in Brewster, MA.

With over 30 years experience in Real Estate Development and Consulting, Ed's expertise brings an additional dimension to CRA. Working with both buyers and sellers, his understanding of the intricacies of commercial properties helps him provide the necessary information that all parties require to consummate various complex transactions.


In addition, he has been the morning host of a radio talk show for over 15 years on 95.1FM - WXTK. The program, which covers the area of Cape Cod, the Islands and the South Coast, deals with topics ranging from local to regional and national significance.

 
A retired Captain in the U.S. Navy, Ed and his wife have five children and three grandchildren and reside in Centerville , MA .

Bill brings over 35 years experience to CRA, including business management, consulting, mortgage banking and real estate. He started his sales management career with Lever Bros. Co. and also directed sales organizations for Quaker Oats, Hershey Chocolate and Duracell USA , as V.P. of Sales. In 1985 he established his own sales management consulting firm, MacKenzie & Associates, Fairfield , CT   working with  clients such as Eastman Kodak, MCA, Westport , CT and Dechert-Hampe, Chicago , IL & Trumbull, CT. He moved to Cape Cod in 1994 and began a career in mortgage banking and real estate. 

 

A graduate of Boston College with a B.S. Degree in Economics, Bill is also a Licensed Broker in Massachusetts , working with buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants. His experience in real estate, business, management consulting and mortgage banking will assist his clients and customers in achieving a successful business transaction.

 

Bill and his wife Rita have four sons and eight grandchildren and reside in South Yarmouth , MA .

Ed Miles has a sales and marketing background for over 30 years in all aspects of business from restaurant management to professional services in the food and beverage industry. In recent years Ed sold equipment throughout the US and Canada to the food service industry, and worked with national chains and private owners on issues in waste management. Ed also offers a wealth of knowledge in food service industry trends, marketing, brand identification, and restaurant business financials. Working with thousands of restaurants over the years as well as his experience in restaurant management has assisted Ed in determining what works.


Assisting both buyers and sellers, Ed's experience in optimizing the "total  worth" of a restaurant is paramount to a successful result working with clients to determine a good valuation method of their biggest asset.

I take a personal interest is assisting clients in their quest of buying or selling food service establishments.

Mr. Shepardson joined CRA with 46 years of experience.  He first started with Hunneman & Company in Boston as a commercial real estate broker specializing in leasing and selling commercial property in suburban Boston. This included leasing the Guaranty Bank Building in Worcester, State Street South in Quincy and many commercial and industrial properties from Needham to Woburn.  After serving five year as President of Hunneman he opened his own firm in the suburbs and continued to run a successful commercial firm for 25 years.  He received several industry awards and became a CCIM, the highest designation possible.  He also traveled to many real estate boards to conduct training seminars on commercial brokerage.  In 2002 he moved to Cape Cod and in 2008 he joined CRA.  Mr. Shepardson resides in Sandwich.

Ron came to Commercial Realty Advisors in 2008 after 19 years in the residential mortgage industry as a loan officer.  Prior to his lending career, he was a licensed real estate agent in Arizona , selling homes in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.  Ron brings his 26 years plus of real estate experience to the firm to assist clients with the intricate dealings of their commercial real estate transactions.

A resident of Yarmouth Port since coming to the Cape in 1995, Ron is happily married to Angelique and they have two wonderful children, Megan and Jordan.  He is very involved in his community, volunteering at several organizations such as St. Pius X Church, St. Pius X School, Boy Scouts of America, and Yarmouth Rotary Club International.  He is also a long standing member of the COMM chapter of Business Network International.

Robert B. White established expertise in the Construction Industry in Business Development, Project Management, and Site Strategy and Logistics. As President of Richard White Sons, Inc., Robert led the Construction Management Presentation Team to the contract awards and the construction of most of the major new structures in the 1980's and 1990's for Boston College, Harvard Business School, Wellesley College, and Brandeis University. Robert has a Bachelor of Science in Business from St. Anselm College and an Owner/President Management Certificate from Harvard Business School.
